REFUND

Please note that no refund will be granted in case of cancellation except if you cannot obtain a visa, or in case of illness or pandemic (in these cases, you will be asked to provide us with the supporting documents).

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD OR BANK TRANSFER

Before your registration, please make sure you can complete the transaction by online payment via credit card or bank transfer (if you log out before completing the online payment, your registration will not be taken into account).

In case of payment by bank transfer, please indicate "TEC21 WS 2026" and your name in the description for identification purposes.

PAYMENT BY ORDER FORM

The order form is only accepted if the paying organisation is located in France.

Please note that we are currently experiencing problems with payments from Asian countries, Germany and Switzerland. All payments are made via the Paybox application and a ‘3D Secure’ security system is deployed. A code is sent by SMS and authentication takes 5 minutes, which explains this blockage.

To CNRS managers: if the paying organisation is the CNRS, VAT is 0. Please do not use a CNRS purchasing card.
