Experimentation
We design experimental setups to reproduce natural or industrial systems, and study their behaviour under controlled conditions.
This experimental strategy is coupled with the development of measuring tools and methods, sensors and imaging techniques, to better describe the mechanics at play in such complex systems and access to key physical quantities necessary to understand their behaviour.
Our experimental equipments are used in both fundamental and applied research projects carried out with industrial partners, addressing process engineering, environment and risks, and bio medical applications.
