HDR defense by Martin Obligado

On the 4th of April, Martin Obligado will defend his HDR entitled "The role of turbulence in the dynamics of single and two-phase flows"

Martin Obligado was recruited as assistant professor at the LEGI in 2016 and joined the EDT team (two-phase flows and turbulences).

Since then, he contributed to many research projects as part of Tec21 calls in collaboration with Alain Cartellier (LEGI), Alberto Aliseda (Univ. Washington, Seattle), Elise Alméras (Univ. Toulouse III), Davide Beneventi (LGP2), Nicolas Mordant and Nathanaël Machicoane (LEGI), Raúl Bayoán Cal (Portland State University), Henda Djeridi (LEGI), and quite recently with Joachim Peinke, Michael Hölling (University of Oldenburg), and Stéphane Barre (LEGI).

His defense will take place at the LEGI at 2 pm in the K118 room. You can also follow the presentation online on this link (Zoom)
